Request the product name and treatment record
Ask your previous clinic for the product name, date, areas treated and amounts used, if available. Mention any previous dissolving or complications. Photos from before treatment can help show what was already present.
Explain what has changed and when
There is a difference between a shape you have always noticed and a new change after an injection. Bring a timeline and, if you have them, photos taken under similar lighting. This gives the practitioner a better starting point than a single close-up.
Allow time for an assessment
Existing filler or uncertainty about the product can change the plan. A consultation may lead to monitoring, further assessment or a staged approach. If you have new or worsening symptoms after a recent injection, contact your treating clinic promptly.
