Dermal fillers
Facial balancing
Maya assesses your chin, jawline and cheeks from the front and in profile. She’ll explain which area may make the most difference to your goals and whether one area or a staged plan makes sense.

The appointment
What to expect
Chin and jawline
Chin filler can change the projection of the lower face. Jawline filler can change its outline. Maya will assess where support would suit your proportions and explain the limitations of filler.
Cheek support
Maya looks at how cheek volume and contour affect nearby areas, including under-eye shadows. In some cases, assessing the cheeks first changes the recommendation.
A staged full-face plan
If you want to discuss several areas or facial rejuvenation more broadly, Maya can plan the order of appointments, expected recovery and likely total cost before you decide.
Recovery
Facial balancing aftercare
Follow the personal instructions you receive. Contact the clinic if your recovery differs from what you were told to expect.
First 24 hours
Tenderness, bruising and small areas of swelling can occur. Keep injection points clean and avoid makeup over them until the following day or as directed. Avoid vigorous exercise, heat and pressure on treated areas.
Days 2 to 7
The chin or jawline can feel firmer or tender at first. Cheek swelling may make the sides look uneven. Discomfort and swelling should gradually improve. Avoid facial massage, gua sha and firm pressure unless Maya advises otherwise.
Review and other appointments
Ask when to resume facials or book other procedures, including dental work near the treated area. If a firm lump, swelling or asymmetry persists once swelling should have settled, arrange a review.
